By creating an account and using ValuSelect, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and ValuSelect.
ValuSelect provides financial control assurance software including exception detection, compliance document tracking, and reporting tools. The service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify features with reasonable notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your login details. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
You may not: use the service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems; use the service to store or transmit malicious code; resell or redistribute the service without written permission.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into ValuSelect. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your financial or business data.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Prices are in GBP and inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. No refunds are provided for partial months.
ValuSelect is a tool to assist with financial governance. It does not constitute financial, legal, or compliance advice. We are not liable for any financial losses arising from use of or reliance on the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
